The Mission: Transform static architectural data into breathtaking cinematic experiences using UE5. You will be responsible for the "soul" of the scene. This includes Lumen/Nanite mastery, complex lighting scenarios, and atmosphere.
Requirements: 5+ years in CG, expert knowledge of UE5 lighting pipelines, and a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of architectural composition and color theory.
Unreal Engine Developer
The Mission: Build the technical engine that powers our interactive sales platforms. You will optimize production workflows, develop custom blueprints/C++ tools, and ensure high-performance execution of complex architectural digital twins.
Requirements: Strong experience in UE development, proficiency in C++ and Blueprints, and experience with integrating CAD/BIM data into real-time environments.
Video Editor
The Mission: You do not simply cut clips. You craft narratives. You will translate architectural intent into a high-end cinematic experience, managing rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact for billion-dollar project presentations.
Requirements: Mastery of professional editing suites (Premiere/Resolve), a strong sense of music/sound design integration, and a background in luxury or architectural storytelling.
Exterior CGI Artist
The Mission: Create the "Hero Shots" that define a project's exterior identity. You will obsess over lighting, atmosphere, tectonic accuracy, and the subtle details that integrate architecture into its surroundings with radical realism.
Requirements: 7+ years of industry experience, surgical precision in reading architectural plans, and a proven track record of delivering "Radical Realism" for high-end exterior projects.
Google Ads Analyst
The Mission: Drive global lead generation for our premium services. You will design, manage, and optimize high-stakes Google Ads campaigns, ensuring a high ROI and a consistent flow of high-intent inquiries from global developers and architects.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, mastery of Google Ads and GA4, and a data-driven mindset with a focus on the luxury B2B segment.
Project Manager
The Mission: You are the conductor of our "Senior-Only" orchestra. You will manage complex production cycles for visualization and web projects, ensuring that our "German-grade" punctuality and quality standards are met for every milestone.
Requirements: 5+ years in creative or technical project management, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum in a studio environment.
Business Development Manager
The Mission: Establish 2mb.studio with Tier-1 Japanese developers and architectural firms. Build long-term trust-based alliances while navigating local business etiquette and premium quality standards.
Requirements: Based in Japan (Tokyo/Osaka preferred) with a strong local network in real estate/architecture. Native Japanese and fluent English mandatory. Proven high-stakes B2B experience in the region.
